We like working with seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, which is why you will find fish from Mr. Kalenda's Chabrybárna, bread from the Eska bakery, vegetables from regional farmers, and much more. We regularly change our menu based on what is in season and tastes best, so you may sometimes find small changes on the menu that are worth trying.
