We saw a couple take flight and then noticed on the river there was a group of about 30 swans all swimming very close together. As we watched, the poor birds swam from one shore to the next, back and forth, attempting to escape the noise! While we felt bad for the birds, one could not help laughing at the poor things trying to find safe haven. Warm haven is what we needed after standing the cold watching the fireworks. So back to our lovely table by the window to continue watching the fireworks.

Fun 80’s music, good service and a unique atmosphere provided a perfect finish for 2008!
